Who We Are
The Office of the Head of Service of Benue State is the head of the Civil Service Secretariat. The Secretariat has the task of leading, managing and building capacity of the State Civil Service.
This office plays a pivotal role in governance and serves as the administrative machinery for the implementation of State Government policies and programs. Furthermore, it is the pool for Permanent Secretaries, Administrative Officers, Executive Officers, Clerical Officers, Secretarial Staff and Drivers. The office also handles the welfare, development and training of Civil Servants in addition to payroll management.
